1.食物摂取状況を総合的に評価するために栄養バランス得点と食品バランス得点を考案し,これらが栄養・食品摂取の指標となり得ることを認めた. 2.食形態は1日の料理数,油料理数,野菜料理数,間食品目数,料理形態,主菜タイプ,朝食の食事タイプ,昼食の食事タイプの8要因に類型化できた.
