The distinctive character and cultural unity of individual territories are a result of common historical destinies through many generations linked by linguistic and specific features in their material and spiritual culture. Nevertheless, after October Revolution some boundaries of countries were established without taking into account the ethnic territories of the peoples inhabiting them and ethnic self-awareness. All this has resulted in not only their diversity but also the complexity of ethnic and interreligious relations. Contemporary ethnic processes among Soviet peoples are complex and variegated in character. Consequently, it is nothing to be wondered at that Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev's policy of \"\"glasnost\"\" and \"\"perestroika\"\" is harder to put into practice in the Moslem-dominated countries than the Russian speaking heartland. As ethnic tension continued in the southern part of the USSR, a new popular front movement has been formed in Soviet Armenia to seek out a constructive way out of the ethnic crisis over Azerbaijan's disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh. The draft program, published by the Latvian Popular Front, demanded their Baltic homeland be declared a sovereign state with full economic autonomy and veto power over Soviet decisions. In this way, the actively pursued policy towards the international integration of the peoples has given rise to conflict between Russian and non-Russian people. National peculiarities are more abundant in the organization of domestic life, in using free time for emotional varieties of leisure, in values and manner of intercourse. The processes described above, which are characteristic of the integration of their culture, are accompanied by an increase in bilingualism and the rising importance of Russian language and all-Soviet culture elements.\"","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1_source_id_13":{"attribute_name":"雑誌書誌ID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN1008856X","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_1_text_10":{"attribute_name":"著者所属(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_language":"en","subitem_text_value":"NAGOYA WOMEN'S UNIVERSITY"}]},"item_1_text_9":{"attribute_name":"著者所属(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"名古屋女子大学"}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"1989-03-10"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"KJ00000178915.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"816.8 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","license_note":"BY-NC-ND","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"url":"https://nagoya-wu.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/1737/files/KJ00000178915.pdf"},"version_id":"2065ef0d-3974-4580-8094-554802df7d90"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"jpn"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"エスニック言語状況の動態と文化的アイデンティティ","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"エスニック言語状況の動態と文化的アイデンティティ"},{"subitem_title":"Trends in the Ethno-linguistic Situation and Ethno-cultural Identity","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"1","owner":"4","path":["130"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"1989-03-10"},"publish_date":"1989-03-10","publish_status":"0","recid":"1737","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["エスニック言語状況の動態と文化的アイデンティティ"],"weko_creator_id":"4","weko_shared_id":4},"updated":"2023-06-20T15:59:36.622217+00:00"}
