の合計220g をめやす量として提示している.最近の日本人1人1日当たりの平均供給量は約300g,また,国民栄養調査による平均摂取量は約250gで推移している.一方,諸外国の供給量は日本と比較して少ない場合が多く,摂取量については西ドイツの19歳女子平均では117g と低くなっていた.ちなみに,西ドイツの野菜類供給量は約200g
