Another aim was enhance collaboration in the substantial\nchild care and family support activities in the community. The purpose of this work was to\nconsider the effect of \"participation\". Four elements （\"membership\", \"influence\", \"integration\nand fulfillment of needs\" and \"shared emotional connection\"） of the sense of community by\nMcMillan & Chavis （1986） were used as items for the participation. The participants met\nfour times for participation in the administrative and child care and family support groups.\nThe results, suggested that a sense of community was generated by the development of this\nparticipation program. Furthermore, the sense of community was promoted by the dialog.\nIt was assumed that such participation can be used for formation of a community which\ncan share the sense of values.
