Yet there is a shortage\nof child care workers in the day care center with many children waiting to be accepted so\ntheir mother can go to work. The shortage of child care workers is a serious situation. This\nis because of the poor labor conditions including long working hours and low wages. These\nworking conditions need to be improved to resolve the shortage of child care workers.
