Whereas male students tended to order coffee, female students preferred black tea at cafes. Milk-free, straight-type, and carbonated drinks were favored by male students, and milk-rich drinks were often ordered by female students. The rate of female students who ordered dishes, excluding bread, and sweets at cafes was significantly higher than that of males. The awareness of nutrient balance was higher among female students at cafes, possibly because the rate of females who viewed cafes as “eating establishments” was higher. Regarding the materials and shapes of plates favored by students, both male and female students preferred common white and round ceramic plates. Male and female students also preferred casual-modern- and casual-elegant-type plates, respectively.}, pages = {55--62}, title = {男子学生と女子学生が好むカフェのフード,ドリンクおよび皿のデザイン}, year = {2018} }
