昭子"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]}]},"item_1_creator_7":{"attribute_name":"著者名よみ","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"ヨシノ"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"サカイ"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"タケウチ"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"クマザワ"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]}]},"item_1_creator_8":{"attribute_name":"著者名(英)","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]}]},"item_1_description_1":{"attribute_name":"ページ属性","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"P(論文)","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"\"循環器系疾患の治療における食事療法の問題は,種々検討されているが,今回,特にいづれの食事因子が各臨床検査値と深い関連にあるかを症例的に明らかにする目的をもって本研究を行なった.臨床検査値と食品・栄養摂取量とのかかわりを追究するために,相関係数および重相関係数を用いて検討したところ,治療の経過に伴ない症例ごとに食事因子がそれぞれ寄与していることを認め得た.症例1においては,エネルギー,糖質,食塩の摂取形態の変化によって,体重,肥満度が低下し,トリグリセライド,リン脂質を下げる誘因となったものと考えられる.症例2においては,コレステロール,トリグリセライド値を低下させるために効果的に働いたのはエネルギー,糖質の減少であったが,特に食品群のうち果実類が深く関与していることが証明された.症例3においては,糖質,たんぱく質,食塩の減退がコレステロール,トリグリセライドおよびβ-リポたんぱく値を好転させたものと考えられる.症例4は,油脂類とコレステロールとの間に関連がみられる程度であった.症例5は,糖質性食品と食塩の減量および植物性油に替えたことが,コレステロール,トリグリセライド,β-リポたんぱく値を低下させ得た要因としてあげられる.症例6においては,糖質のほか,たんぱく質,脂質など多くの因子との関係が深い.したがって,本症例では食事内容を大きく変革させたことがコレステロール,トリグリセライド,β-リポたんぱく質などに好結果をもたらしたものと考えられる.このように,臨床検査値と食品・栄養すなわち食事因子との関連には,症例間に一連の共通性を認め,しかもそれぞれ特徴ある成績が得られた.以上のことから,循環器系疾患の場合,食事形態の違いや個人のもつ検査値の相互関係によって,治療効果に及ぼす食事因子の影響力に差があることを認めた.したがって食事指導のあり方は,個人のもつ症状や生活状態をふまえたうえできめの細かい指導をくり返しながら継続していくことがよいよい効果をもたらすものと考えられる.稿を終るにあたり,御指導をいただいた名古屋大学医学部内科学教室,安井先生,外畑先生,渡辺先生,公衆衛生学教室,棚橋先生に深く感謝申し上げる.\"","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1_source_id_13":{"attribute_name":"雑誌書誌ID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN00179986","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_1_text_10":{"attribute_name":"著者所属(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_language":"en","subitem_text_value":"NAGOYA
