| 内容記述 | 本稿では、保育者の専門性の文化的相違に関する研究として、ベトナムの保育者養成課程における教科書を分析対象とし、保育者の指導法の「技術」に関する記述の特徴を明らかにすることを目的とした。使用した教科書は、Nguyễn（2019）『幼児教育学』である。まず、ベトナムの教育法やカリキュラムからベトナムのカリキュラム観を整理したうえで、教科書から６つの幼児教育の原理を確認した。そのうえで、教科書に記されている一般的な教授・指導技術、遊びの中での指導法、テーマ保育のなかでの指導法を分析した。結果として、①探索的な活動を重視し、子どもが自ら考え、行動し、テーマを深めていくための関わり、②子ども中心の法則とともに教師の意図性も重視し、望ましい方向や知識、技術獲得の方向を定めた関わり、③子ども中心主義に関連して、ヴィゴツキーの発達の最近接領域の理論に即した関わりが特徴であることを明らかにした。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to clarify the characteristics of teaching technique for childcare workers by analyzing textbooks in the childcare training course in Vietnam as a study on cultural differences in the specialty of childcare workers. The textbook analyzed in this paper is Early Childhood Education （Nguyễn, 2019）. First, this research shows the Vietnam's view of the ECCE curriculum by analyzing the educational laws and curriculum. Then, the six principles of early childhood education is revealed from the textbook. After that, I analyze general teaching techniques and teaching methods in play and theme activity described in the textbook. As a result, it is clarified that they need the following techniques for childcare workers: （１） to make children think and do by themselves, and deepen a theme with emphasizing the importance of exploratory activities, （２） to support children to get some knowledge and skills by showing desirable directions with considering the child-centered method, and（３） to practice the method of zone of proximal development by Vygotsky in relation to the child-centeredness. | |||||||||||
