| 内容記述 | "地域健康管理活動における血糖値管理の効果について検討を行なった.活動内容は一般成人病検診からの対象者のスクリーニング,主に血糖値による管理区分の決定,""糖尿病教室""における検査と指導を含む.今回は昭和47年から昭和52年までの間に2回以上受診した97名について検討した. その結果,次のような結論が得られた. 1)管理活動の結果,不変群,改善群がみられた. 2)出来るだけ若い時期から管理を始める方が効果的である. 3)遺伝的素因を考慮すると,家族全員で管理する事が望ましい. 4)体重管理や出席回数は,本地域における血糖値管理では特に意義はみられなかった. 5)地域における血糖値管理は,地域特性を充分に考慮に入れて行なわれるべきである." | |||||

| 内容記述 | "The effect of the blood sugar value administration in a community is considered from a statistical point of view. The administration consists of the screening based on the result of the general health examination, the determination of administrative classes mainly with the blood sugar value, and the instruction and examination in ""Tonyobyo Kyoshitsu"". The data on the 97 inhabitants examined more than once from 1972 to 1977 are adopted in this study. The following are concluded. 1) The invariant and improved groups are obtained after the administration. 2) It is advantageous to have inhabitants join in ""Tonyobyo Kyoshitsu"" as early as possible. 3) The administration is desired to be done to the whole family. 4) The weight administration and the frequency of attending ""Tonyobyo Kyoshitsu"" seem to have no correlation with the blood sugar value administration. 5) The characteristics of a community are sufficiently to be taken into account in the blood sugar value administration in the community." | |||||
