| 内容記述 | "A report from the Physical Education Bureau of the Ministry of Education indicated that there were 141,794 schools with athletic facilities throughout the nation. The number corresponds to 64.8% of the toral athletic facilities in Japan. The purpose of the present study is to summarize some complainingesses of the residents who live near the facilites in order to consider better administration of school physical education, sports activities. None has been done in this regards. Subjects for the study: 1) Five elementary and 5 junior high schools. 2) Fifteen high schools(5 boys, 5 girls, and 5 coeds) 3) Four universities. Time for the study: Oct., 1977. Methods for the study: Questionair and observation. Items of the questionair: 1) Any complainingness due to residing near school. 2) Any complainingness for athletic facilities and activities. The number asked to respond: 610(21 per one school) The number obtained: 257 (42%) Sex and age of the residents who responded: Male: 43%, and average age is 47 years old. Female: 57%, and average age is 41 years old. An average of 49% of the residents indicated some complainingness on the athletic facilites and athletic activities. The detail was 45% for elementary, 42% for junior high, 60% for high schools, and 48% for universities. Among the replies of the 60% for high schools, braking the window by balls such as baseball, soccer, tennis etc. and loud voices caused by athletes were ranked highly. In addition, the wanted to use the facilities on holidays. The most complainingness occured during 3:30PM and 7:30PM. Furthermore the complainingness was centered between July and October." | |||||||
