| 内容記述 | 本稿では、日本と諸外国での保育者の専門性研究を整理し、保育者の専門性の捉えに対する相違点と共通点を見いだすことを目的とした。まず、日本では、保育者の専門性とは何かを考えるうえで、人間性、専門的知識・技術、実践のなかにある専門性について議論が見られた。一方で、諸外国では、トップダウンの枠組みに示される専門性と、ボトムアップとしての保育現場からの専門性という構図で専門性研究を整理することができた。結果として、日本と諸外国での専門性の捉えの相違として、「教育者」としての観点、トップダウンの枠組みの有無、「ケアの倫理」という視点を見いだし、共通点として、個人的資質への注目、反省的実践家や感情労働という保育現場からの専門性を見いだした。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study examines the differences in the perspectives of professionalism in early childhood care and education between Japan and foreign countries by analysis of previous studies in the literatures. First, the Japanese studies are divided into three perspectives; humanity, professional skills and knowledge and professionalism in practice. On the other hand, the previous studies in foreign countries focus on top-down professionalism and bottom-up professionalism which means professionalism from within. The differences between Japan and foreign countries are described from the viewpoint of “educator/pedagogue”, professional framework from top-down and perspective from “ethics of care”. Then, attention to personal qualities and thoughts such as passion or love and perspective of reflective practitioner or emotional worker are shown as the similarities. | |||||||||||
